How do I buy your products? Why are things sold out so often?

I am a one woman small business. Everything is created and stocked in small batches. by me. I can’t significantly increase production right now even if that is what I wanted. At this time I simply list items as I have them made. I thank you for your patience! The best way to stay updated and shop what’s new is to check the Market section of the website often and to sign up for my email newsletter.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Please allow 2-4 business days from the date of your purchase to ship your order. I mainly pack orders on Monday and Thursday.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

I ship USPS Priority or First Class depending on the package. Please allow 2-7 days for your package to arrive. Tracking is sent to you once your order is fulfilled.

Where do you ship?

I ship anywhere within the United States.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless the items are damaged or arrive in a condition that does not match the product listing.

What if I am not happy with my order?

I am so sorry if this is the case! If you are ever unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please contact me at celeste@simplegiftsfarm.net. If eligible for a return, I will be happy to help with that.

Do you do custom orders?

I do not offer custom orders at this time. All products that are available will be listed in the Market section of my site.

Are your products vegan?

Simple Gifts Farmhouse is not a vegan company. All my soap is made with local, fresh goat’s milk. Any beeswax used is sourced from organic or local sources.

I understand that others have differing values and I am always clear about the contents of my products so that my customers can make the decision that is right for them.
