Tucked away in the beautiful northeast corner of Washington, the Engell family includes Andrew and Celeste, their two fine boys, and their two darling girls. They enjoy exploring the many lakes and trails of their region, gathering with family and friends, and being involved in their community.

Our story began as a love story…. two people met, fell in love, got married, and started working on their dreams together….
Andrew grew up in Northeast Washington- raising animals, trying different business ventures, and working construction for his Dad. Andrew is intelligent, resourceful, and loves learning and researching new ideas. He is currently loving his job in the political field in our region and feels he is learning and growing.
Celeste on the other hand lived in Montana before her family moved to the central coast of California , but she always claimed she would move back to the mountains someday. She has always been artistic and creative, loves getting lost in a good book, growing heirloom vegetables and dreaming big dreams. Currently she homeschools their 4 children and creates amazing soap and other products.
Through certain events and mutual friends Andrew and Celeste met , fell in love and got married. After getting married they started a successful Certified Organic vegetable farm which they operated for 7 years. It became clear however that it was time to move on due to new regulations, deer trouble, and the addition of more babies. It was getting to be to much to run on their own.
Through the farming years Celeste always had her soap business on the side. Now she has expanded into more products and more variety, including artwork, stationary, and homeschool resources.
David
The oldest of the bunch, David blazes the trail. He can often be found out exploring the outdoors and observing something new. He has a studious nature and and easily gets lost in a book, deep in thought or drawing diagrams of his latest invention idea. For fun he likes to play Dominion with his younger brother.
Matthew
Matthew has always been our adventurous one! He loves bicycling, fishing and almost anything else outdoors. He can be quite tough and determined, yet he is also tenderhearted and sweet, especially toward babies. He has loved recently learning to play Dominion with big brother.
Grace
Vibrant, lively Grace is our first girl and so full of life. Everything is so exciting to her! She loves music, dancing, princesses and pretty things. It has been a joy to watch her play baby dolls and tea parties with her baby sister.
Mercy
Our sweet baby girl, Mercy has been such a special blessing! She has been content and easygoing since the beginning – and our best sleeper. As she has grown she has also become very busy trying to keep up with her older siblings! She crawled, walked and talked early and certainly keeps Mama on her toes making sure she is out of trouble.
